Data Deletion Instructions
If you have messaged one of our Facebook Pages (such as "AutoSyn Group" or "Sydney Hiring Hub"), or applied for a job with us, you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the message "Please delete my data" to the same Facebook Page you contacted.
- Include your name and the phone number or email address you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
Your Messenger messages stored in our recruitment system, your application details, resume and contact information. We may keep a minimal record that you asked to be deleted and not contacted again, and any records we are legally required to keep (for example payroll records if you have worked for us).
Removing our access from Facebook
You can also delete the conversation in Messenger. Deleting it in Messenger removes it from your inbox but does not remove the copy already sent to us, so please also send us a deletion request as described above.
